FAQs
I can’t make the show, can I get a refund?
We don’t allow exchanges or refunds, unless under special circumstances at the manager’s discretion.
Do I need a ticket for my baby?
Children under the age of two years old (babes in arms) on the date of a show will not need to purchase a ticket. If you wish to book a seat for them, this will need to be paid for regardless of age.
Do carers go free to shows?
Yes, registered carers go free to any of our shows when attending with a guest in care.
How do I book wheelchair spaces?
We have a limited number of areas available to accommodate wheelchairs at our events, but every effort will be made to assist in this respect. Our Box Office team will be happy to help, you can contact them at boxoffice@brioleisure.org.
