Conditions of Sale
Unfortunately, we don’t allow exchanges or refunds, unless under special circumstances at the manager’s discretion. Children under the age of two years old (babes in arms) on the date of a show will not need to purchase a ticket. If you wish to book a seat for them, this will need to be paid for regardless of age.
Some of our shows offer concession tickets for those aged over 60 years, children under 18 years and registered disabled.
Registered carers go FREE to any of our shows when attending with a guest in care.
Some of our shows offer family tickets available for four people, two adults and two children.
We have a limited number of areas available to accommodate wheelchairs at our events, but every effort will be made to assist in this respect.
We also have induction loops available, please let the Box Office know if you have any special requirements when booking.
Join our mailing list – Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be sure to keep you up to date with all of the latest shows and events.
Become a Cultural Ambassador
We’re always looking for volunteer Cultural Ambassadors to join us at our entertainment venues. As well helping out with general duties such as showing people to their seats, and collecting tickets, you’ll get to see the shows you’re working on FOR FREE!
Shows are occasionally subject to change or cancellation.
